We were asked to make a cocktail that has xmas flavours, but didn’t taste like xmas. I think we have succeeded and even more so, we have made an amazing cocktail that goes so well with Indian food or fish. The depth of this cocktail is amazing, with each sip you get more flavours and understand why. Perfect with food, in summer, as a pallet cleanser or just because. Drink it, you wont regret it.
